It is a proud privilege of GREEN FIELD ACADEMY, BALUDEEH, LAKHIMPUR KHERI to be given the opportunity by the CBSE, Delhi to host CBSE Cluster IV Volleyball Tournament - 2025 for girls (Under 14, Under 17 and Under 19) from 21st to 23rd August, 2025 in our school at Lakhimpur Kheri. We welcome all participants and coaches to the land of enlightenment and look forward to an exciting competition. Please note the following: The events will be organized from 21st July to 23rd August , 2025 and conducted at the Green Field Academy,Baludeeh, Nighasan road , Lakhimpur Kheri . It is mandatory for the participants to register for the said tournament online through the CBSE website. Please send the hard copy of the registration form to our school. The participating outstation teams should arrive at the venue by 05:00 pm on 20th August 2025 A Meeting of Team Manager will be held on the 20th August 2025 at 07:30 pm at the school Premises. As per our schedule, the Closing ceremony will commence by 04:00 pm on 23rd August 2025. (Documents to be brought while reporting for the meet) Schools must carry a signed copy of the eligibility Performa that was filled online. a) Schools must carry ID cards as per CBSE online format. b) For students studying in Class IX & above, their CBSE registration number has to be provided. c) Schools are required to carry the team photo with school Principals, countersigned by the concerned Principal. d) Teams should carry a bonafide certificate provided by the school. e) All schools must carry original documents in case of verification. f) All schools will have to pay a caution deposit of Rs. 3000 (Three Thousand Only) which will be refundable. g) Schools should carry their school flag for the march past during the opening ceremony and it is compulsory for all teams to be present for March Past. h) All teams consisting of girls must be accompanied by a female manager/coach. You are requested to send your travel details and number of participants on or before 15th August, 2025 Outstation students willing to take lodging facility provided by host school must carry the following for personal use: • Bed sheet • Lock and key • Personal Kit with soap, towel, tooth paste and brush and comb, etc. • Emergency or any other medicines taken by them With warm regards. Rules and Regulations

Rules For Students:

1-Students are expected to reach school in time.
2-Students come late usually will be sent back to their home.
3-The students must come in complete school uniform on all working days and for all school functions.
4-Students escorted to school by parents or relatives or servants must not leave school before their escorts arrive. In case of delay in the arrival of the escort, the student must report to the school office.
5-Students are not allowed to go home during school hours, In case a student has a special engagement or a medical appointment during class hours, the student must remain absent for the day.
6-Leave of absence must be applied for a day in advance, except in case of emergency. Students absent without prior permission must report to the principal on their return.
7-A minimum of 80% school attendance during the academic year is required for a student to be entitled to sit for the final examination. Strict disciplinary action is liable to be taken for continued irregular attendance, habitual idleness or neglect of studies.
8-Students are expected to take part in extra. Curricular and curricular activities when required to do so by the school.
9-Parents/Guardians are requested not be meet their wards or teacher in the class without prior permission of the principal.
10-Students absent from an examination for any reason will not be reexamined. Students absent from an examination without adequate reason will be considered as having failed in that examination. In case a student has been absent from an examination for medical reasons, a proper medical certificate will have to be produced.
11-One calendar month’s notice in writing must be given by the parent or guardian in case a student is to be withdrawn from school. Otherwise three month’s fee will be charged in lieu these off. No transfer certificate will be issued until all sums due to the school all sums due to the school are paid.
12-The school fees of students must be deposit in time. The fees will be taken in quarters and have to be deposited in prescribed bank on fixed dates.
13-Precious costly items, motor bikes are strictly prohibited in the school campus. The school will not be responsible for the safety and security measures of such things.
14-The school is not providing any conveyance facility and not responsible for it.
